This draft explains how the production platform should protect information from families, learners, educators, and specialists.
Information We Collect
InclusiveEd Connect may collect account details, role, contact information, parent support requests, educator credentials, uploaded materials, blog posts, booking details, payment records, and support messages.
Children and Sensitive Information
Families may share information about a child or learner with special educational needs. The production platform should collect only what is needed to provide support and should protect it with secure authentication, role-based access, and limited staff review.
Educator Documents
Diplomas, certificates, licenses, and professional documents should be visible only to authorized review staff unless an educator chooses to show selected credentials publicly.
Payments
Card details should be handled by Stripe or another secure payment provider. InclusiveEd Connect should store payment status, receipt links, transaction IDs, platform fees, payouts, and refund status, not raw card numbers.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to create accounts, match families with specialists, publish approved materials, manage online lessons, issue receipts, process payouts, improve accessibility, and respond to support requests.
Launch Note
The platform uses server-backed account, material, booking, and contact workflows. Final legal review should be completed before large-scale public outreach.
